Leaked Images of Google Pixel Fold Reveal Nearly Gapless Design
Images claiming to be of Google’s upcoming foldable smartphone, the Pixel Fold, may have just made its debut in the form of an unauthorized leak. A practically gapless folding display that folds inward like a book is depicted in the photographs, which appear to have been provided by Google itself.
Although these are not the very first renders of the Pixel Fold, they are the first images that can almost certainly be confirmed as coming from Google’s own marketing materials. The design of the gadget looks to be consistent with earlier leaks and reports, featuring a twin camera arrangement on the back and a centered hole-punch camera on the cover display of the device.
Even though the images show that there is a very small seam that is visible when the device is closed, the foldable display appears to be impressively seamless overall. In terms of form and aesthetics, the Pixel Fold might be able to give Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold2 a run for its money. This is assuming that the photographs being presented here are genuine.
Although Google has not yet made an official announcement regarding the Pixel Fold, there are rumors that it will be available for purchase later this year. Because these marketing images have now been made public, it is likely only a matter of time before we hear more about the upcoming foldable device that Google will be releasing.
