LootRush Unleashes NFT Rental Marketplace: Gamers Can Earn Passive Income
Crypto company LootRush is about to introduce its NFT rental marketplace, giving players the chance to lend their in-game goods and generate passive income in a ground-breaking step for the gaming and NFT communities. This Friday marks the launch of LootRush’s novel platform, which offers a “two-sided” NFT rental system that lets players rent out their own NFTs or borrow stuff from other players, resulting in a vibrant and decentralized economy.
Although LootRush debuted in May of last year, the NFT rental marketplace represents a major service expansion for the company. Gamers can also offer goods like cards and land for rent on their NFTs, with customizable terms ranging from one day to a year. This innovative method not only gives players a second source of passive income but also creates a lively community where virtual goods are exchanged and used for various gaming experiences.
An NFT Rental Ecosystem with Two Sides
With LootRush, players can participate in both sides of the market thanks to its two-sided NFT renting structure. In addition to renting out their own NFTs, players can borrow other people’s in-game things, such as digital cards from games like Gods Unchained and well-liked objects from Axie Infinity. Users are guaranteed a wide variety of gaming experiences thanks to the platform’s compatibility for numerous blockchains, including Wemix, Ethereum’s mainnet, Ronin, Avalanche, Arbitrum, Coinbase’s Base network, Polygon, Immutable, and Binance’s BNB Chain.
In a special interview with GG of Decrypt, LootRush CEO Anderson Ferminiano stressed the platform’s positioning in the entertainment rather than finance sectors. Comparing LootRush to Airbnb, Ferminiano sees it as the “Airbnb” of gaming NFTs, allowing players to list their in-game items for varying lengths of time, akin to the platform’s varied pricing structures.
Custodial Model Combined with a Customer-Focused Approach
LootRush prioritizes a user-friendly experience with its consumer-focused strategy. With the LootRush wallet, users may quickly and easily connect to their preferred cryptocurrency games without having to worry about complicated security procedures like knowing your customer’s (KYC) codes or preserving seed phrases. The platform places a high priority on the user experience. KYC is positioned as a secondary stage in the process, albeit it may become necessary if users interact with the platform more.
We truly want to concentrate on the customer experience because we are a very consumer-based company. That’s the main reason we first decided against doing KYC,” Ferminiano said. KYC may be incorporated into the process when users interact more and list more assets, in line with LootRush’s mission to improve user experience without sacrificing security.
With more than 100 titles having NFTs listed for them and more than 1,000 blockchain games already supported, LootRush’s NFT rental marketplace gives players new options by offering a decentralized platform for asset sharing and passive income generation in the constantly changing world of blockchain technology and gaming.
